Refund policy

## Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

## How to Start a Return
Contact us at catherinegjj11@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
